"Learn local food from local at local's house in countryside"

 

 When I go to all the way to countryside in a foreign country, I always want to know dishes in that region and the way people live.  This class is  based on this idea.

 

HIDA COOKING CLASS allow our guests to feel local's lives starting from city escape from Takayama to more countryside, Hida Furukawa. Then, you will enter a local's house which is very nice and where the class will be held. It is located in the middle of the countryside just by the rice fields.
